Tempest

In this role, I led the strategy for all social media channels, including the creation of content calendars and the establishment of departmental KPIs and OKRs. I managed social media partnerships and collaborated closely with the design team to produce engaging content. Additionally, I oversaw a team of copywriters, managing the editorial calendar for social media. My responsibilities included owning paid social efforts, such as budget management, ad campaign execution, and daily CAC tracking. I produced successful content that reinforced strong brand messaging by leveraging social analytics, trends, and testing. I executed an influencer marketing strategy and managed community engagement, resulting in a 450% increase in Instagram followers and a 250% rise in sales within a year.
